I appropriate your understanding. In April, I went to watch the movie "Oppenheimer" at the theater in Japan. But, the running time of "Oppenheimer" was  3 hours . There was a big problem. The  toilet . I wonder if my bladder will be able to withstand 3 hours (along with the feeling that going to the bathroom will be a nuisance and I might miss out on the scene I want to see)!? Even I watched "Napoleon" ( 2 hours and 38 minutes ) a while ago, my bladder was at its limit! When I watched "My Fair Lady" ( 2 hours 50 minutes)  and "Lawrence of Arabia" (amazingly,  3 hours 47 minutes !!), at the movie theater at 午前十時の映画祭*1,  even though these movies had a toilet break called "Intermission"!! I became worried and researched ways to  suppress the urge to urinate . ...

I appropriate your understanding. In 2023 the year of  Disney's 100th anniversary , also in Japan, we could experience various celebrate Disney projects. For example, Disney's digital stamp rally, the 100th anniversary movie "Wish", and a short film called "Once Upon a Studio" in which appear various characters from previous Disney movies. One of such projects was " Disney 100 Film Festival ". This is an event where classic Disney animations that are loved by everyone were released in movie theaters on weekend in October. I appropriate your understanding. "The Broadway Melody" , also known as  "The Broadway Melody of 1929" . This movie was released in 1929. It is commemorable first musical movie of MGM. And I heard that it is first all talking musical movie in Hollywood. Director is  Harry Beaumont. Charles King,  Anita Page and Bessie Love are starring. One of the main themes of this movie's story is "Love".  I personally don't like this story very much ('Personally' !). I appropriate your understanding. In " Singin' in the Rain ", the song " Would You? " is sung by Don and Rina (dubbed by Kathy) in second half of this movie, the scene of preview of film. This song appealed in the MGM's movie which title is " San Francisco " for the first time. "San Francisco" was released in 1936. Clark Gable and Jeanette MacDonald are starring. " Would You? " is not main theme song in this movie. It is one of a lot of songs sung in this movie. But, this song is sung in this movie twice (I'm sorry as if I remember times by mistake).
